Just for a quick heads up to help you plan your time at Yreka.
Hope this helps if you need to plan lodging costs before you
send in your symposium registration and receive your confirmation
materials.
I went on-line and this is the "mis-information" I found on
the different sites.
Many major hotel chains have toll-free central reservation
telephone numbers but I just used what the Yreka Chamber of Commerce offered on
their website.
The mileage from these motels to the Miner's Inn (Best
Western) is from Mapquest, if this helps.
Please, take the time to confirm this information
yourself. There maybe AAA or other discounts offered and some may charge more
for two people.
Amerihost Inn - 148 Moonlite Oaks Avenue,

Miner's Inn.
Comfort Inn - 1804 Fort Jones Road,

Inn.

from $42.00, approx. 1 mile to the Miner's Inn.
Klamath Motor Lodge - 1111 South Main Street,

Miners Inn/Best Western - 122 East Miner

The only RV Park I could find is the Yreka RV
Park - 767 Montague Road, 530-842-1063, approx. 1.75 miles to the Miner's Inn.
No fees are available on-line so you might have to call for rates. I have
an email in to them asking for rates. So if you want, contact me and I will give
you what information they send me.
